The Magistrate’s Court in Kuala Lumpur today decided that a former model accused of a charge of public indecency is fit to stand trial.

According to the hospital’s psychiatric evaluation, which was read out in court, Persana Avril Sollunda, 33, was of “unsound mind” at the time of the April 23 incident during which she allegedly removed her bra and top after failing to pay an RM18 bill at a chicken rice shop.
